Exeter Microwave Metamaterials Meeting
We are pleased to announce the upcoming Exeter Microwave Metamaterials Meeting (XM3 2015), a two-day event held at the University of Exeter on 7th-8th December 2015. Organised by QUEST members Prof. Alastair Hibbins, Dr Rhiannon Mitchell-Thomas and Dr Nina Meinzer, this free to attend meeting draws speakers from UK industry and academic institutions from the UK and across Europe. Day one focusses on an early-career researcher workshop, whilst day two is a networking event with industrial and academic speakers and poster sessions, including a best poster competition. The meeting is supported by EPSRC (vis the Institutional Support Funding Scheme) and the Knowledge Transfer Network, together with the EPSRC-funded QUEST project and the Centre for Doctoral Training in Metamaterials. Spaces are limited, so please register swiftly! Please note: accommodation is not included.
